Dave Widerski, Lead Pastor for Preaching, Vision & Leadership Development
Dave hails from Minnesota (go Gophers, Twins, Vikings and Wild!) and is a graduate of Bethel College in Saint Paul, MN and has a Master of Divinity degree from Bethel Seminary West Campus in San Diego, CA. Dave has had the joy of pastoring churches in California, Montana, Oregon and Minnesota. Dave married the love of his life, Cheri Smith, in 1985 and they enjoy raising the four boys the Lord has blessed them with--Drew, Tyler, Zach and Jonny. Dave loves preaching and teaching the Word of God, being a visionary leader for the local church and developing next generation leaders for the advancement of the gospel through making disciples and multiplying disciple-making, missional churches. In his spare time, Dave loves to BBQ, hang with people, hang out at coffee shops, read (everything but fiction) and explore the world.

Bruce Bridgeman, Pastor for Multiplication & Axcess Ministries
Bruce and his wife Chris joined us in 2003. Bruce has a Bachelor's Degree in elementary education from the University of Northern Colorado. He taught school for nine years before entering full time youth ministry in 1995. He attended Fuller Theological Seminary and Covington Theological Seminary. He and Chris have six children: Ben, Faith, Hope, Beau, Brady and Zane.
